Identity data (full name, date of birth, DPI or passport number), contact data (email, phone number, address), financial data (linked accounts and cards, transaction history), and device and usage data needed to operate and secure our services.

To provide money transfer and payment services; to verify your identity (KYC) and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations in Guatemala and the United States; to prevent fraud and protect your account; to provide customer support; to improve our services; and to meet our legal obligations.

Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with Decree No. 57-2008 of Guatemala and, where applicable, U.S. regulations including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

How we share information

We share data only with: our authorized processing partner NeoNet in Guatemala; Banco Industrial, which holds funds in Guatemala; licensed U.S. partners with funds held in FDIC-insured institutions; and regulators or authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, continuous transaction monitoring, and strict access controls.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet the record-keeping periods required by applicable AML and financial regulations.

Your rights
